Patty Yanker
Patty Yanker, Principal, has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Patty provides principal level project leadership from entitlements thru project design and construction management. During her career she has touched multiple market sectors including corporate and multi-tenant office, hospitality, multifamily residential, retail and mixed-use developments, primary, secondary and post-secondary education. Patty is a LEED Green Associate, a member of Urban Land Institute and a dedicated board member of Mile High Youth Corps.
Matt Herrington
Matt Herrington, Project Manager, has more than 18 years of experience in the construction industry. He has worked on projects ranging from airport terminals, aircraft hangars, healthcare facilities, office buildings, and mixed-use retail & multi-family projects. Matt has a passion for building and he brings a strong work ethic, practical problem-solving skills, and a team-first approach to projects. Matt graduated from the University of Alaska Anchorage with a degree in Civil Engineering, is an alumnus of the Downtown Denver Partnership Leadership Program, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
Mark Gray
Mark Gray, Project Manager, has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Marks’s project experience includes offices, healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality, retail, restaurants, sports arenas, multi-family, renewable energy, industrial buildings and water and wastewater treatment plants. Mark is committed to early project reliability, preconstruction planning and setting each project up to be successful. Mark graduated from the University of Denver with a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management.
Dave Goshorn
Dave Goshorn, Project Manager, has more than 13 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. During this time, Dave has held management positions with general contractors, owner’s representatives and third-party consulting firms. Projects have included historical renovation, health care, K-12 and post-secondary education, hospitality, multifamily residential, brewery and construction claims mitigation. Dave’s extensive background in construction management along with his hands-on field experience allows him to see a project through to the end. Dave is also a LEED Accredited Professional.
